Cancellation Policy

Effective June 5, 2026

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to our clients while protecting our artists' time and livelihood. Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Rescheduling & Cancellation Window

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Changes can be made online through your confirmation link, by calling (305) 729-8432, or by emailing [email protected].

2. Late Cancellations

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price. This fee will be charged to the card on file used to secure the booking.

3. No‑Show Policy

If you do not arrive for your appointment and have not contacted us, you will be charged the full service amount. After two no‑shows, we may require full prepayment for future bookings.

4. Late Arrival

We kindly ask that you arrive on time. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but appointments more than 15 minutes late may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. If we are unable to complete the service due to lateness, the full service fee will still apply.

5. Deposits

Certain services, such as bridal parties or appointments scheduled during peak hours, may require a $25 non‑refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is applied to the total cost of your service. In the event of a late cancellation or no‑show, the deposit is forfeited in addition to any applicable charges.

6. Illness & Emergencies

We understand that emergencies happen. If you are feeling unwell or have an unexpected emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We handle these situations on a case‑by‑case basis and will do our best to work with you, including waiving fees when appropriate.

7. Service Refusal & Modifications

For your safety, our artists reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if contraindications are present (for example, signs of an eye infection or recent eye procedure). In such cases, no service fee is charged, but the deposit may be retained.

8. Refunds

All service sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with your lash set, please let us know within 48 hours. We will schedule a complimentary adjustment at no additional charge. Refunds are not provided for completed services.
